- All articles for competition must be brought to the arena between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm on Thursday, September 12, 2024.
- Articles are to be picked up between 3:30 pm and 6:00 pm on Monday, September 16, 2024.
- Please note exhibitor tags must be attached to all exhibits prior to submission. Tags will be available at Office Pro in New Hamburg shortly before the fair.
- Although we do our best to care for your exhibits, the Wilmot Agricultural Society will not be responsible for the property of the exhibitors.
- Prizes will not be awarded unless exhibit is worthy.
- No person shall be the judge of their own property nor be allowed to exhibit and judge in the same class.
- We reserve the right to substitute prizes if necessary.
- All money NOT picked up will NOT be mailed out and will be returned back to the Wilmot Agricultural Society.
- Please see the General Rules and Regulations section for additional rules, as well as the applicable regulations in each of the following divisions.
Overall Arena Special
$150 cash to the exhibitor with the most points in the homecraft division! (Overall arena special may not be won by the same exhibitor more than two years in a row.)
